Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch — usually 4–8 business days in total. Orders placed before 2pm (MT) on a business day usually start processing the same day.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to all 50 US states — no minimum order value, no hidden fees.

Every piece is designed in the USA and ships from our North American warehouse. We deliver to all 50 US states, Washington D.C. and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally at this time.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

You have 90 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

Email contact@highline-hart.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and instructions — usually within a few hours. Full return policy

Return shipping is paid by the customer; the cost of the printable label is deducted from your refund and we'll tell you the exact amount up front. If you received a wrong, damaged or defective item, return shipping is on us.

Of course. Just mention the size or color you'd like in your return request and we'll reserve the new item for you while your return is on its way.

Our pieces are cut for a relaxed, layered fit. For coats and jackets choose the larger size if you like to wear chunky knits underneath; for knitwear and fitted pieces choose the smaller size.

Yes. Clothing is in US sizes (XS–XXL, women's US 0–18) and shoes in US sizes with EU equivalents. See our full Size Guide for measurements in inches.

Every Highline & Hart piece is designed at our studio in Littleton, Colorado, inspired by the landscape of the Front Range, and shipped from our North American warehouse.

We favor natural, hard-wearing fibers — wool, cashmere, merino, cotton, silk and suede — chosen to look better with every season. The exact composition is listed on each product page.

Hand wash cold or dry clean, lay flat to dry and store folded — never on a hanger. A cashmere comb removes pilling. Each product page lists its specific care instructions.
