Where we ship from
Every Highline & Hart piece is designed in the USA and shipped from our North American warehouse. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm (MT) on a business day usually begin processing the same day. During sale events and the holiday season, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Where we deliver
We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C. and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delays or missing packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your building's mailroom, and wait one more business day — carriers sometimes mark packages early. If it still hasn't arrived, email us at contact@highline-hart.com and we'll take care of it.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the shipping address as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
